Yahoo Inc. on Wednesday said it has agreed to distribute its HotJobs listings to more than 6,000 local and industry-specific sites run by 4Jobs.com.
Financial details were not disclosed.
For employers listing on HotJobs, the agreement expands their reach to local communities and specific industries, such as healthcare, information technology and financial services, Yahoo officials said.
"By adding more than 6,000 websites to our network, recruiters can reach a larger, more diverse talent pool, while at the same time, target specific subsets of job seekers," David Brensilber, vice president of business affairs at HotJobs, said in a statement. "Also, job seekers using any of the 4Jobs.com sites will now have access to more jobs relevant to them."
