Direct marketing provider VerticalResponse this week announced the acquisition and relaunch of WorkZ, an online resource for managing and growing businesses.

The WorkZ site includes thousands of original articles advising managers and entrepreneurs on marketing plans, direct mail, retailing, Web design, business operations, finance, personnel, and more. Online templates are also available for business documents such as press releases, privacy policies, contracts, and agreements. The site is updated weekly.

According to VerticalResponse CEO Janine Popick, businesses will be able to republish articles from WorkZ in their own newsletter communications, contribute articles, and advertise on WorkZ.
